In the case of good books, the point is not how many of them you can get through, but rather how many can get through to you.

38 Minutes of Torture Leads to Victory?

38 minutes of bad basketball. Turnovers, missed lay ups, poor defense, missed free throws, freshman mistakes...38 minutes of yuck. I remember this team.

But, with less than three minutes left the Shox went on a 9-1 run. Then, the 3-pointer by Murray with 8 seconds left on the clock. A last second win. Those are a rarity in Shockerville. But, today was the day. Did they deserve this win? Probably not. They were out-played and out-hustled up until those last few minutes. Again, they never gave up. They hung around the entire game and when it mattered most, they battled.

Three in a row. Just three weeks ago, this seemed impossible. Funny thing, that basketball.
